In development for iPhone. PoolTrail is a working name.

A clear next step.

Help for the visit, report or estimate in front of you.

Received a report or repair estimate?

Reply to your pool-service operator using their original message. They can explain the work, correct a report, change an estimate or issue a replacement link. Keep that link private.

Common situations

My visit is saved, but the report hasn’t sent.

Saved on phone, syncing, queued and delivered are different states. Keep the app and its local data intact, reconnect and check for pending photo uploads or delivery errors. Avoid creating a second visit to force a retry.

I can’t open a customer link.

Open the complete link in your operator’s original message. An expired or withdrawn document needs a new link from the operator. A temporary-unavailable message can be retried later.

I want to change a repair decision.

Contact your service operator. A recorded decision belongs to the exact estimate version; a changed scope or price requires a new version. Opening a link never approves work.

I need my records or want to delete my account.

In the app, use Settings to export records or request account deletion. Preserve an export before deleting data. Deletion stops queued sends; it cannot remove messages or documents a recipient has already saved.

I need to manage a subscription.

For App Store subscriptions, use Apple’s subscription management in Settings. Canceling renewal normally leaves the current paid period in effect. Restore purchases in the app after reinstalling with the same Apple account.

Contact PoolTrail

A monitored PoolTrail support address will be published before the app launches. This prelaunch website is not accepting customer accounts or support submissions.

When support is available, include the app version and a short description. Do not send gate codes, customer photographs or private report links in an ordinary support message.
