The service being built
PoolTrail supports solo residential pool-service operators with routes, service records, customer reports and repair follow-up. Operators remain responsible for their entered facts, customer relationships, work quality, permissions and professional judgment.
Reports and estimates
A report records the operator’s observations. It is not a guarantee of water safety, a dosing prescription or a regulatory certification. Only work and measurements actually recorded should be reported.
A repair decision relates to the exact scope and amount displayed on that estimate version. Opening the page does not accept work. PoolTrail records the stated response; it is not a qualified electronic-signature or legal-compliance service. The operator and customer arrange the physical work and payment separately.
Subscription and service limits
The app’s digital subscription is planned through the App Store. Actual localized pricing, renewal period, any trial and management controls will appear before purchase. Store rules govern store billing and refunds. Final capacity and cloud-retention policies remain to be published.
Protecting records
Use private links only for their intended recipient and keep account access secure. Do not place sensitive access instructions into customer-visible notes. Export records when needed and before an intentional deletion. Messages already delivered to recipients cannot be erased by deleting the app account.
Sample content and availability
Demonstration names, readings and service details are fictional. Illustrative photography does not show customer data or prove that a service visit occurred. Local development and a public website are not evidence of a released App Store app or available production service.
