This website

The public pages do not include advertising, marketing analytics or a mailing-list form. The sample report is fictional. Self-hosted fonts and images avoid third-party font or image requests. The hosting service may process technical requests to operate the website. Production app-service providers and retention details will be published before customer onboarding.

Private customer documents

A report or estimate link grants access to that specific document without a customer account. Anyone you share the complete link with may be able to read it. Keep links private. Private routes request no indexing, no browser caching and no referrer transmission, and have no marketing trackers.

Report content includes the operator’s identity, visit details, customer-visible work, readings, notes and photos. Internal notes and access instructions are excluded by the customer document contract. Opening an estimate does not submit a decision.

Service records in the app

The intended app stores business identity, customer and service-location records, schedules, visit observations, photos, recipient preferences and repair decisions. Local data supports work without connectivity. A connected server supports synchronization, private report access, delivery recovery and verified subscription access.

Customer names, addresses, photos, note text, access codes and private links are not analytics content. The app does not require continuous location tracking for address-based navigation.

Repair decisions

A submitted decision records the stated customer name, choice, time and exact estimate version and amount. It documents the customer’s response to the operator’s proposed physical work. The website does not collect card details or payment for that work.

Export, deletion and retention

The product includes operator export and account-deletion controls. Subscription expiry alone must not remove local reading or export access. A deletion request stops pending sends and removes or disables account resources according to the final published policy.

Copies already received or saved by customers cannot be withdrawn from their inboxes or devices. Cloud and backup retention periods are not yet finalized; a planning assumption is not a retention promise or authorization to delete data.
