Capacity being planned
100 active service locations, up to two default report recipients per location and 1,500 customer email deliveries each month. A pool and spa at the same location count as one location.
These are planning assumptions. Final usage and retention terms will be published before subscriptions are offered. There is no automatic overage billing offer.

Will customers need to install an app?
No. The intended customer experience uses a private browser link for reports and repair estimates.
Does PoolTrail handle invoicing or payments?
The first release records visits and repair decisions, with export for your existing invoicing method. It does not collect customer payments.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Existing local records remain readable and exportable. New hosted work depends on verified subscription access. Cloud retention, export timing and service limits will be stated before launch.
Can I try it before subscribing?
A clearly labeled sample route and report are planned in the app. Any App Store trial or introductory offer remains unconfirmed.
