Yes. PoolTrail is available in the US App Store for iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Download free and explore the sample route or save your own phone-only records without an account. Subscribe in the app for online reports, repair approvals and backup.
Will customers need to install an app?
No. Customers open reports and repair estimates through a private browser link, with no app or account needed.
Does PoolTrail handle invoicing or payments?
PoolTrail records visits and repair decisions, with export for your existing invoicing method. You arrange customer payments separately.
What happens if my subscription ends?
You can still read and export records saved on your phone. New customer reports and repair-approval requests require an active Solo subscription. See the service terms for cloud access, retention and export details.
Can I explore the app before subscribing?
The app includes a fictional sample route. You can also set up your business and save real visits on your phone without signing in. This is not a timed trial. Solo is the paid plan for online customer reports, repair approvals and backup.
